Navia shuttle World"s First Commercial Self-Driving vehicle

With companies like Google developing their self-driving car concept, it has become a fight for pride to win the race and launch the first commercial version. A France-based robotics company Induct has clinched the title by presenting to the world its first ever self-driving car.

Launched at CES this month the Navia shuttle can carry a maximum of eight passengers at a time.

If approved, it will be used in public places such as airports, college campuses, theme parks and sports arenas in a bid to eliminate pollution and congestion. Though Navia costs £151,750 per vehicle it is 60% cheaper than a shuttle of the same kind operated by a driver.

The company says, “Navia is different than other driverless vehicles out there because it is intelligent, self-sufficient and environmentally friendly. Users can summon Navia from their smartphones like an Uber for driverless cars or call it up from their desktop.”

The only thing the passenger has to do is to hit the touchscreen to enter details of the destination.

It has a top speed of 12.5 mph and uses onboard lasers and sensors to detect obstacles in its path. So it doesn’t rely completely on GPS alone to get to the destination. The vehicle allows depth mapping and 3D perception using different camera viewpoints to make sure that steering is clear of pedestrians and other roadside objects.

Two sites are currently using the beta version; a technical college in Switzerland and a high-security industry park run by the UK Atomic Energy Authority.

Chevrolet AppShop Replicates A Smartphone On The Dashboard

The current focus of automakers has basically been to connect your car to your phone. Chevrolet has gone one step further by building smartphone equivalent functionality into the dashboard. This new feature, called the AppShop, is expected to be released with certain selected models this year.

AppShop is expanding on the Chevy MyLink system. This uses a touchscreen and icon-based interface. It includes another icon called apps apart from those present in MyLink like navigation, phone, and the stereo. This gives a choice to the user to browse apps approved by Chevrolet.

Chevrolet AppShop1-PING

The new Chevrolet models will also be embedded with 4G/LTE data connection to accelerate app downloads. The company is also working towards reducing the interaction time of the user by providing a simple and efficient interface. It presents drivers with just a few large buttons on each screen, minimizing the time it takes to use the app. PriceLine is one of the most anticipated apps on the list. This app is specifically optimized for the car, for example letting the driver quickly initiate a search for nearby hotels.

The vehicle maintenance app is one which could draw on information such as oil level from the car and can report information like when to replace fluids, conduct diagnostic and schedule appointments and so on. With all this you’ll soon be able to use your smartphone for its main purpose – to make and receive calls and texts.  The hardware supporting MyLink appears to be robust enough to handle the graphics and multiple apps running on it.  Perhaps the next step would be to introduce a voice command system.

Oculus Rift at CES 2014

with the Crystal Cove Prototype

Oculus Rift’s CTO John Carmack showcased a newer, improved version of the Oculus VR headset at CES 2014 codenamed “Crystal Cove”. The chunky googles  house a pair of lenses trained over a 1080p screen. The new and improved version is embedded with sensors to grasp its position to an uncanny degree.

Once it’s on the head, the Oculus starts to give positional info to the computer. This in turn furnishes the 1080p screen with two parallax-shifted images making it a 3D view to the user. Then it’s the work of the brain which then interprets the 3D view to fill the field of view. Once inside the 3D view, move your head even slightly and you’re peeking around the cockpit of your spacecraft. It is perfectly designed for a fully-fledged gaming experience.

Oculus Rift Prototype Crystal Cove-PING

Oculus has revealed that motion blur-induced nausea problem of the previous headset has been eradicated. Other upgrades were inclusion of high-resolution, lower latency and positional motion tracking system to ensure that it is clear where your head is allowing you to examine virtual objects much closer. It still has developments needed to be made especially the slight delay in the translation of real-life movement to screen, but this is still a very big improvement on its predecessor.

Officials have confirmed that a screen quality hike before the consumer release of Oculus Rift is a certainty. Final hardware specifications and the price of the gaming headhave not yet been released. Though the support for gaming is relatively limited, Oculus Rift could definitely shape the future of the gaming world.

Chevrolet brings 4G LTE future cars

Chevrolet is bringing 4G LTE to its OnStar infotainment system in a bid to mark its territory. The car acts as a mobile hub making access to apps and services much faster.

The new system features a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, enabling passengers to take advantage on their smartphones, laptops and tablets. Mary Chan said, “We know that our customers rely on being connected on a daily, if not hourly basis, and they expect to be provided with the information and content they desire with no interruptions. A 4G LTE hotspot that’s built into a car’s architecture will provide a more consistent and powerful Wi-Fi connection than a smartphone.”

The LTE speeds are to be included in Chevrolet’s future ventures including the Corvette, Impala, Malibu, and Volt. It is also expected to be sparkling in Equinox, Silverado, Silverado HD, Spark and Spark EV soon. The LTE concept is in collaboration with AT&T. Thus, allowing customers to add a vehicle to their existing mobile plan.

The company also revealed a performance data recorder for its 2015 Corvette Stingray, which provides drivers with a way of recording in HD video what it’s like to drive the vehicle.   The footage can help improve driving and allows you to analyse lap times and then share on social media.

Canon PowerShot N100 Selfie camera

Taking its cue from the world of smartphones Canon has launched it latest contender – the new PowerShot N100. Basically, it was created to capture emotions. Every camera does that so what is so special about this one?  The PowerShot N100 captures the photographer’s emotions as the photo is captured. Sounds weird right? The unique feature of N100 is that it has a rear-facing camera which clicks a picture of the photographer at the very instant that they hit the button to capture their image. The self-photograph is then superimposed onto the main photo.

Canon has a reason for everything and it makes sense too. The company says that the aim is to tell the ‘whole story’ of a photo or video clip taken.  How? By recording the photographer’s emotions at that very instant. These emotions can be automatically gathered using the Story Highlights mode, which you edit to create a shareable video album.

Though its specifications are not out of this world, they still pack a reasonable punch. The Canon PowerShot N100 features a 12.1MP main sensor with 5x optical zoom, touchscreen, NFC and Wi-Fi. It is expected to hit the market this May and will be priced at around £350.

LG all-in-one sound bar makes its debut at CES 2014

Pedestal-style sound bars are big news at the moment and LG have upped their game with their latest addition.  The LG LAB540W Sound Plate is designed to sit under your TV, but unlike its predecessors, it comes with a wireless subwoofer and a built-in Blu-ray player.

The 1.56″ tall sound machine is designed to fit snugly beneath TVs with screens measuring 32″- 55″. LG designed it as a 320-watt, 4.1 channel speaker system and one is unlikely to get anything better in this size and design. The addition of a wireless subwoofer has helped this sound bar stand out since the best available pedestal models remain low even with dedicated subwoofers.

The integrated 3D capable Blu-ray player and the built-in Wi-Fi expose us to LG’s Smart TV suite of streaming media apps. There’s also built-in Bluetooth, for wireless audio streaming from nearly any device. Thus, it is clear that you can add as many features to your device as possible but without the main purpose accomplished it’s just a showcase.

BlueWatch by ZTE Takes A Jab At The Pebble Smartwatch

ZTE first every smartwatch BlueWatch

With loads of devices unveiled at CES 2014, ZTE is pushing forward to join the club with its first smartwatch – the BlueWatch. Unfortunately this device seems to be a Pebble clone. The similarities between the two are obvious from the start with both having three buttons on the left and one on the right. The charging system is quite different though as the BlueWatch uses a magnetically attached USB cable to accomplish the purpose. It has a black and white e-paper display, however, which is, again, identical to the Pebble. PING! Magazine’s correspondent revealed that the BlueWatch has weak backlighting in comparison to the Pebble.

With regards to its features the device supports Android and the display measures 1.26″ with a resolution of 144 x 168. With a 235 mAh battery, Bluetooth 3.0 and 4.0+ EDR support, and a 4 button setup as a first release this s impressive (although the Pebble holds the credit). ZTE has armed the Bluewatch with a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor, paired with 128KB of RAM and 1024K of internal flash.  Despite similarities to the Pebble the BlueWatch is still a treat to high-end smartwatch lovers.

ZTE BlueWatch-PING

BlueWatch is designed to receive notifications, count your steps, find your phone, and perform loads of other smartwatch functions. Want to use it as a fitness-gear?  Sure, it comes with a built-in pedometer. The watch shows three faces with the user’s ability to swap between them, all of which looked very similar to the default faces on the Pebble. The BlueWatch uses Bluetooth to connect to a smartphone and uses apps to control other features.

ZTE has promised a lot more to come adding this is just the beginning. Though ZTE only unveiled the beta version of the watch at the CES, it shows sure signs of selling it in the near future. The company has remained tight-lipped with regards to a release date and the price.

Nutz Pro Headphones: Performance/Audio quality

The Nutz Pro impressed us with its sound quality although it does not have the best noise cancelling capacity. This device is fitted with dynamic drivers that produce sounds just as it was recorded by the artist.  The frequency of sound is nicely equalised without emphasis on bass, mid or treble. Nutz Pro creates music experiences that will please the listener without compromising the frequency level. The closed design of the Nutz Pro enhances the bass.  Other features include high power, high sensitivity, low impedance, a wide frequency range and large drivers. It is truly a beast when you crank up the volume and can see why it earned the name ‘nutz’.

Twitter Redesigns Homepage to Make Desktop More Visually Appealing

Twitter has redesigned its homepage to give users a more ‘mobile-friendly’ feel. Although the changes come just three months after Twitter redesigned their log-in page, they were eager to make the desktop version more visually appealing.

twitter 2

Twitter intends to give desktop users more choice when browsing their profile. The new features include a white tool bar running along the top of the page, a larger font beneath the user’s profile image and the option to add more colour to their homepage. Users can change the colour of the compose box and navigation icons by choosing the ‘Design’ tab in their ‘Settings’.

Users are also able to view their cover photo behind their profile picture. Although this is already accessible in the mobile version, this is the first time the desktop homepage has had this option.  According to a Twitter spokesperson, the new desktop design should be available to everyone in the ‘…coming days…’

Samsung’s 85" Bendy TV vs. LG’s 77" curved OLED TV

Samsung’s 85″ Bendy TV vs. LG’s 77″ curved OLED TV

As anticipated CES 2014 was a display of jaw-dropping brilliance with the top electronics manufacturers racing to present their marvels. This year saw a clash between the two Korean giants: LG and Samsung.

Samsung’s 85- Bendy TV-PING

It seemed as though Samsung weren’t satisfied at only realising their 105″ curved TV.  They also showed off a concept television that can bend via remote control. The 85″ UHD model can change from a flatscreen to a curved screen at the flick of a switch.  The South Korean company stated that the curved screen offered a wider field of view and panoramic effect; a similar effect to that used by IMAX.

Two motors on the side of the TV controlled by remote control determine the curvature, taking into account the number of people enjoying the TV.

No price has yet been announced. As a piece of technology it’s definitely interesting but it’s solving a problem that doesn’t really exist.

LG’s 77- inch curved OLED TV-PING

Their rival LG had already created a curved TV, but the angle was fixed. For them, it wasn’t just to build a 77″ 4K TV with a curved screen, but also to upgrade the display technology by adding a fourth sub-pixel to the display. While most TVs have three sub pixels (RGB), the new TV set adds a fourth white one (WRGB). It’s the first time that this new technology has been applied to a 4K set. The set also has LG’s Tru Ultra engine and is compatible with HDCP 2.2 as well as high-resolution videos in the H.265 format. Price-wise it will be ready and waiting for inclusion in your living room by this summer for a whopping £18,300.

Audi Sport Quattro Will Change the Way We Drive

Audi Sport Quattro Will Change the Way We Drive

Audi provided a feast for tech geeks at CES 2014 by presenting its evolved laser light beast – the Audi Sport Quattro.

As to its signature lasers, Audi has used the concept of laser diodes for its high beam headlights which combines lasers and matrix LEDs. Though smaller than LEDs, the lamps can illuminate the road up to 500m ahead of the car, which Audi claims is approximately twice the distance and thrice the brightness of standard headlights.

A Powerful Plug in Hybrid Drivetrain

This is a hybrid, combining a plug-in electric drive and a 4L V8 with twin turbochargers, boosting it to 552 hp. An electric motor between transmission and engine provides a total system output of 690 hp. The reincarnated Quattro completes the 0 to 62mph sprint in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed of around 190 mph; thanks to the combustion engine. The fuel economy is estimated at 95 mpg taking into account the car’s 30 emission free miles of pure electric range and cylinder deactivation technology.

Audi Sport Quattro Wheel-PING

It is mounted with engine start and Drive Select (to select between Electric, Hybrid and Sport settings) buttons on the steering wheel. Want to see how smart things get in this world? Well, here is an example – this marvel has a next generation touchscreen panel, which provides hi-res 3D graphics for entertainment, navigation and information (much like your smartphone). Also this information is provided via a narrow strip of LCD – a standout from the large displays featured these days.

With the price ceiling for the car at £166,000 and the vast amount of tech shaping this beast, Audi is yet to start on the business case.  If it does get the nod, the halo coupe would almost certainly be a 2014 treat.

A look at the Bluetooth Kolibree Smart Toothbrush

A look at the Bluetooth Kolibree Smart Toothbrush

Getting bored of brushing everyday? Here comes a smart one for gaming kids and health conscious men. This year is going to witness one of the weirdest inventions ever by Kolibree. It is a toothbrush that allows you to monitor your brushing and compare it with other members of your family.

Their CEO says, “We put one near our gaping maw to find out what the future of tooth care feels like.”

This slim and light toothbrush, magnetically attaches itself to its flat charging base and gets charged by induction. This Bluetooth connected device is packed with an accelerometer, magnetometer and gyroscope – a far cry from the trappings of a usual toothbrush.

Kolibree Smart Toothbrush app-PING

The Kolibree app monitors your daily brushing by connecting to the toothbrush via Bluetooth, each brush stroke is recorded. It reveals if brushing is enough and whether important parts of the mouth and gums had been reached. The app works with a maximum of five toothbrushes; so a whole family can participate. As with fitness monitors, it sets you goals for each brush, and rewards you with scores.

Its head oscillates from side to side, which apparently is the right way for the head of a toothbrush to oscillate.  Kolibree’s makers are looking for tooth brushing gamers. This can surely work out, especially with kids who shun their toothbrushes.  Though the app doesn’t have much to excite us right now, with limited features and a single style of brushing, it is expected to eventually include up to 255 different brushing modes. It will hit the market in autumn 2014 and it will vary between £60 and £120 depending on the package. The smart accessories have started entering our bathrooms now putting, Android in use at least twice a day. With wearable tech set for an upward surge in 2014, we’re bound to see Android in every aspect of our life.

Meta Watch at the CES 2014

Meta Watch at the CES 2014

Nothing in this world has better replaced the standard time teller on our wrists.  Despite advancements in technology it appears we still want our wristwatch to look like a classic watch.  In light of this MetaWatch is releasing META Watches…getting confused? MetaWatch, the smartwatch company born from ex Fossil Group engineers from Texas, is bringing out a new brand of devices called META…stay with me.  This set distinguishes itself from its siblings in that it is much more pleasing to the eye – something that the former certainly wasn’t.

Meta Watch-PING

This new collection was created by Frank Nuovo, known for his work for the high-end smartphone maker Vertu. The line features a bold black face with stainless steel case. With the option for leather bands and other ‘premium’ materials, Nuovo has bragged about the quality craftsmanship. The line will come in a variety of colours and designs. One of the biggest changes for the META line is a new display. MetaWatch has swapped its low contrast, hard-to-read display for a high-resolution e-paper screen. This update makes it easy to view and adds a touch of elegance.

Bill Geiser, the CEO says, “I’ve been gnawing on Nuovo’s ankle for several years. To me it’s about crafting beautiful products.”  Now that’s a word you rarely hear in the smartwatch arena – the word beautiful.  Though its price is still a secret, regardless of how technology has been stacked up, the new META aims at becoming the most luxurious smartwatches available on the market. Ultimately, the device has been developed to look more like traditional classic wristwatches compared to some of the boxy, cheaper looking smartwatches currently available.  This year is set to see more smartwatches compete in this arena. But what is sure to fascinate us is will Meta Watches new look be style over substance when it comes to competing with the technology in other smartwatches.

Sphero 2B robotic experience by PING! MAGAZINE

Orbotix is known and loved for its magical Sphero robotic balls. It barely five months since we met him and now Orbotix has decided to introduce a new and unique variant: the Sphero 2B.

This smartphone-controlled toy will have you whipping around your living room with tumbles, races and reckless joy.

A noteworthy change in Sphero 2B is the most obvious one – this one has got wheels. While the earlier version used drive systems completely contained inside sealed shells, the 2B is a remote-controlled car. This is a hell of a lot faster and the 2B can drive at over 14mph, which makes it easier to get a meter of air draft during a jump. The more traditional steering system makes it more simple to drive making the jumps… intentional.

Its ability to shred its parts makes it prepared for traction with off road tires and gives it a lead for racing with its competent tires.

Similar to its brother it is designed for open play. It comes with pre-programmed mapping routes to navigate multi room spaces. With the provision to customise your own skate park or racetrack and take advantage of new software that will feature virtual land damage and levelling it is surely lifting the racing arena.

The Sphero 2B is expected to be up for sale, in two colours black and white, by autumn of 2014, at the significantly lesser price of its brethren at under £60.

Features:

Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear Review by PING! Magazine

Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear Review by PING Magazine

Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear: Design

The design of these on-ear headphones is as rugged as the original Momentums but refreshingly smooth with style and colour. At the moment it is available in seven colours – pink, green, ivory, blue, black, brown and red. The headband is designed with dual strips for pressure distribution over the head and the strips are covered with a soft material just like the ear pads. It demonstrates an elegant design for both fit and comfort. We noticed the right materials such as stainless steel were used for flexibility and portability.

Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear: Performance/Audio quality

The sound quality of the on-ear is outstanding; especially when compared to some overly hyped headphones on the market. The speakers are built with a closed-back design but deliver an equalised sound of bass and treble. Truly Sennheiser paid attention to sound details by fitting the on-ear with high-end transducers that are layered on the foundation of a powerful bass. The sound of music from this device is pleasing to the ears with a high quality sub-bass.

Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear: Features/Accessories

The Sennheiser Momentum on-ear comes with a 40m driver, removable cable, portable carry case; 3-button iOS remote and are available in seven colours.

Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear: Help/Support:

A 5 year warranty is really a great deal for £159 headphones. The support you get with the on-ear is faultless at the moment.

Sennheiser On-Ear Review: Overview

Sennheiser has truly redefined the sound and style of headphones which is evident in their Momentum range. When we received the Momentum On-Ears for review we hoped it would live up to its big brother. The first thing you notice about the on-ear model is that it was designed as a stylish and fashionable headphone. It really produces sensational sound but is smaller, lighter and cheaper than the initial model. Despite this it is still a premium headphone with comfy, high-quality synthetic suede earpads rather than leather. The on-ear design is suitable for maximum ear support but generates poor noise cancellation. During our test, it created a new, fun listening experience that is supported with a great collection of headphones. One factor that stands out is the on-ear was designed with women in mind evident in the range of colours, custom fit and materials. It comes with functional accessories and a good support system. So, if you’re looking for premium performing headphone without a huge price tag Momentum On-Ear will deliver at just £159 a pair at the time of review.

Sony Set to Launch Core SmartBand by Spring

Sony Mobile CEO Kunimasa Suzuki teased audiences at the end of the CES 2014 press conference by giving them a brief introduction to the Core SmartBand. Calling it the ‘…tiniest gadget Sony has ever made…’ Suzuki unveiled the product, which is said to be a simpler version of the Sony SmartWatch.  Already being talked about as the ‘life-tracker’, he revealed how it will not only record movement, but also how long the wearer sleeps, the music they listen to and the friends they are most often in contact with, amongst other things. Although the Core can be worn on the wrist in a SmartBand, it can also be worn in other wearable fabric, making it easy to transport and carry at all times. Suzuki also hinted that Sony is working with other manufacturers to discuss the possibility of creating a range of accessories to pair with the Core.

The product is able to connect to the consumer’s phone using Bluetooth and then displays the data collected via an app known as LifeLog. If the connection between the phone and the Core is lost, the latter will continue to record data within a given radius. Plans for the LifeLog app have not yet been finalised. Suzuki was deliberately vague in his details about the product, with the intention of intriguing his audience ahead of the launch of the SmartBand this spring.

Bluetooth Smart Jewellery Lets You Wear Your Notifications Around Your Neck

Nowadays we don’t just want technology; we want technology that can be used as an accessory. While the floating hoverboards of Back to the Future may still not be in existence, we do have things like this Bluetooth smart jewellery from CSR to keep us feeling futuristic and looking fly.

Life is about a lot of things, but there’s no doubt that little red numbers, likes, favourites and re-blogs feel important to us, while happiness is waking up to a phone full of messages and comments. Since the introduction of smart phones and iPhones it’s strange to imagine a time where we had to wait to check our emails, or Instagram a picture of a delicious red velvet cake we’re about to delve into.

The British chipmaker CSR takes this age of constant connection to a new level, creating a piece of jewellery that uses varying LED colours to communicate notifications and co-ordinate with your mood or outfits.

CSR have also shown Android apps that allow the user to choose their own colour and patterns for their necklace, which inspires the possibilities within the wearable technology market. Aesthetics have always been an important part of selling even the most impressive of gadgets, and this is proven by the popularity of things such as phone and tablet covers that allow buyers to add a unique touch to their products.

It’s getting the balance of style and effectiveness right, so that such ideas can appeal to a varied audience while maintaining their usefulness. For now, the development of this necklace provides a glimpse into the future of technology, as other wearable gadgets pop up in the market. It won’t be long before every outfit can be temperature controlled and every hat a hair stylist. We can dream at least.

3D Augmented Reality Make-Up Simulator... On A High Street Near You

Forget diamonds, we all know make-up is a girl’s best friend. But the process of finding the perfect shade is often time consuming and frustrating. Despite the advancement in technology, which allows women to have their photograph uploaded and then see various cosmetics on their skin, ModiFace felt they could take it a step further.

Their 3D Augmented Reality Make-Up and Anti-Aging Mirror simulates make-up products and shows the consumer how they would look on their skin. The effect is immediate and does not require a photograph. The customer simply stands in front of the camera and chooses from a range of skincare and make-up products. Using a shade palette to make their selections, the customer can then view their ‘before’ and ‘after’ images on a split screen on the Beauty Mirror. By simply moving their head from side to side, users can view their skincare and make-up selections from various angles.

The CEO of ModiFace, Dr. Parham Aarabi, explained ‘… our focus will be on retail by partnering with beauty brands.’ Although it has taken two years to perfect, Aarabi believes their instant mirror-effect simulation could ‘…increase the counter and booth traffic for skin-care by 120%.’

As well as the touchscreen monitor and camera being available in stores, ModiFace have created a mobile app for users to access from home, using their tablets and smart phones.

A way to try on make-up without the tediousness of applying and re-applying? Girls, I think we’ve already found our favourite product of 2014!

Dubai"s New Year"s Eve fireworks display breaks record

You know that when Dubai gets involved in something it’s going to be a big deal.  Not only did Dubai’s New Year’s Eve 2014 firework display put everyone else’s to shame – it also landed them in the record books; it’s believed that 500,000 pyrotechnics were set off from 400 different locations along 60 miles of coastline.  Beat that Boris!

I had thought that London had clinched it until I saw this stupendous display.  Only matched in awesomeness (yes, it’s a word) by Beijing’s Olympic opening ceremony in 2008 – I was convinced for several weeks after that we had been duped with some CGI tricks.

Check out PING’s Top Ten of this year’s best NYE displays from around the world.  To be fair you probably should have watched these before the Dubai ones because they look quite limp in comparison…

CES 2014 and its celebrity star appeal

Pharell

Only four more sleeps until the doors open for the biggest technology tradeshow going.  It’s time for CES 2014.  Here we’ll find out about some of the gadgets and technology we’ll be fawning over for the next 12 months.  The website bills the event as a gathering of ‘…those who shape the future…’  No argument there right?  On one hand what’s not appealing about it?  Well, firstly it’s in Vegas.  That gives it kudos alone.  Secondly it’s where the major technology companies launch their latest products, right?  Well, that’s not technically true.  Apple hasn’t exhibited at CES for over a decade and Samsung put more emphasis on their TVs and home appliances opting to launch their smartphones at exclusive events elsewhere.  So, whilst CES may be losing some of it’s sparkle in terms of exclusivity it’s still managing to hold on to one of its biggest draws – the celebrities.  So whilst you may not be privy to the newest iPhone or latest model in the Microsoft Surface range you will be guaranteed to spot a celeb…

Here’s PING’s Top Ten list of celebs confirmed for this year’s CES 2014…

1.       Pharrell Williams

Williams will be helping Liquipel unveil its new 360 program.
amfAR New York Gala To Kick Off Fall 2012 Fashion Week

3.       Dean Norris

4.       50 Cent

Catch him at the SMS Audio booth.

Tiesto

5.       Tiësto

The world’s second highest-paid DJ will hold a press conference at the Audiofly booth.

6.       DJ Steve Angello

The Swedish House Mafia DJ will be representing Urbanears in the Zound Industries booth.

7.       Nick Cannon

The popular presenter will host a new fixture; Variety’s Breakthrough of the Year Awards

8.       Rohan Marley
