BlackBerry 10 launch with Alicia Keys

Blackberry 10 was launched a few months ago with exciting news about the new and old technology coming to the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 such as BBM, BBM video chat, screen sharing, story maker and many more.  The former company RIM had to rebrand to maintain brand equity and it is now known as “BlackBerry”. The BB10 platform took a while to develop but the CEO Thorsten Heins believe it was worth the time and the company is set to reposition itself as a global manufacturer of smartphones. The BlackBerry 10 was launched in 6 continents with over 70,000 new apps and a more secure enterprise platform.

Furthermore the most amazing news was that Alicia Keys 14-time Grammy® Award-winning artist, singer, songwriter and entrepreneur had become BlackBerry New Global Director. She’ll be working closely with the app developers, content creators, entertainers to enchant consumption and distribution through the use of the BlackBerry 10.

Also from the launch we learned about blackberry projects called “Keep Moving” with BlackBerry. This where blackberry has teamed up with some of the world’s most influential people like directors, writers and musicians who has been challenge along with their fans to come up an amazing project based on their field using the new BlackBerry 10.
