1. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be shipped by the 4th of September following its Event in Berlin. This was in a report in the Sam Mobile notes which show that the shipping will start this September. This will be another mega hit for Samsung considering how some people are in love with their note.
2. Facebook founder Zuckerberg wall was hacked to highlight a bug. A programmer has revealed a bug he discovered that allows you to bypass Facebook privacy setting and post on anyone’s (including people who aren’t your friends) timeline. The hacker Khalil Shreateh had reported this bug to the Facebook white hat disclosure program but was ignored both times. To demonstrate the potential hazard he used the bug on Zuckerbergs wall so that he can be taken serious.
3. Yahoo China email closure was announced on April 18th. This is part of yahoo’s gradual ceasing of service in Chain since acquiring a stake in Alibaba, one of the country’s largest Internet companies, in 2005. On August 18th Yahoo official shut down and post a note on its log-in page asking users to transfer their accounts to Alibaba’s Alimail.
4. Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey doesn’t think that NBA referees wearing Google glasses is such a crazy idea. He was asked during a AMA (Ask Me Anything} interview “what he thing of Google glasses being integrated into the live games” and he answered, “This is a great idea!”.
