Britain"s First Solor-powered house for £1.2M

Britain’s  First Solar-powered house for £1.2M

The first UK fully solar powered home is up for sale and will set you back £1.2 million. The five-bedroom house was designed and built by Caplin Homes UK. The government zero-carbon target is set to be in all homes by 2016, hopefully some people are working hard to meet the target.

Zero-carbon is where the amount of carbon footprint created it the balance by the energy produce.  The solar panels are built using carbon- based energy.  However the solar panel will balance out that energy it will produce to power a home for years.

The house was built to collect solar energy by the solar panels on the roof.  The power from the solar panels will provide heating and hot water as well twice the electricity needed. This is a welcomed development by will make really sense in Africa.
